1. Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- The items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, returns will no longer be accepted.
- Certain products are not eligible for returns, including opened beauty items, sale or clearance items, gift cards, and any products that are considered personalized or custom-made. Additionally, perishable items or products that have been used in a way that cannot be resold, such as hygiene-related items, are excluded from returns unless they are defective.

2. Initiating a Return:
To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Service team at support@opalxxglow.com. Be sure to include the following information in your return request:
- Your order number.
- A description of the item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will also send you instructions on how to return the item(s), including the return address and the required shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
3. Refund Process:
After we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements. Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
- Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., if we sent you the wrong product or a damaged item).
- If the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return policy (e.g., used, damaged, or missing original packaging), a partial refund or no refund may be issued.
If you receive a refund, it will only cover the cost of the product(s). Any original shipping or handling fees, as well as return shipping costs, are not refunded unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
4. Exchanges:
While we do not directly process exchanges, you can easily exchange an item by following these steps:
- Step 1: Return the original item by following the standard return procedure described above.
- Step 2: Place a new order for the item(s) you would like to receive instead. Since product availability may vary, please check if the item is in stock before placing the new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:

- Photos of the damaged or defective product.
